How dividends will be paidDividends will be paid through Československá obchodní banka, a.s., with its seat at Na Příkopě 14, Praha 1 – Nové Město: for private individuals who are citizens of the Czech or Slovak Republic The Company will pay out dividends at its own expense and risk by the cheques of Poštovní spořitelna Československé obchodní banky, a.s. valid at all post offices for sixty days as of 20 August 2002. Cheques will be sent to the shareholder's address as listed in the issuer's register as at the strike date for dividend payment.
The Company will pay out dividends at its own expense and risk by bank transfer on receipt of written notification containing the information necessary to make the transfer; shareholders are to send in this information after receiving written invitation to do so, sent by 6 August 2002 to the shareholder's address as listed in the issuer's register as at the strike date for dividend payment. for legal entities The Company will pay out dividends at its own expense and risk by bank transfer on receipt of written notification containing the information necessary to make the transfer and on receipt of the legal entity's statement from the Commercial Register; shareholders are to send in this information after receiving written invitation to do so, sent by 6 August 2002 to the shareholder's address as listed in the issuer's register as at the strike date for dividend payment.
The right to receive a dividend payment expires four years after the strike date for dividend payment.
