At the General Meeting held on 29 June 2001, František Škoda was recalled
from his position of member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board. At
the same time, Luboš Marek resigned from the Supervisory Board. Milan
Horský and Jan Kobes were elected to the Supervisory Board as new members.
On 29 June 2001, the Supervisory Board elected Michael Šenberger as its
Chairman.
The members of Company bodies have the qualifications and experience to hold their office
and have no record in the crime register.
In 2001 (and 2000 and 1999), members of the statutory bodies received no loans,
guarantees, or advance payments, and the number of shares they may have held in the
Company was negligible.
